The process most often begins with a bulldozer to ensure proper water drainage. Secondly, the earth is pulverized to loosen and level the soil. Next, the New Holland Rockhound recovers all debris (stones, roots, etc.). The final step is consists of applying the hydroseed.

Hydroseeding is the machine application of a seed, water, mulch, and tackifier mixture. This process generally promotes faster, healthier growth at a fraction of the cost for sod. Seed growth depends on several factors including temperature, moisture level, and fertilizer (none of which are controlled by J and K Landscapes).
